These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://artnimi.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from ArtNimi (“ArtNimi”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products
We sell printed wall art, including wall scrolls, canvas prints and room decor. Products are printed to order. We try to show colors and details as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly because of screen settings and the printing process. Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly.
All artwork sold on ArtNimi is original artwork created by or for ArtNimi, or artwork that we are properly licensed to sell. ArtNimi is an independent store and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any studio, publisher or other brand. If you believe that any product or content on the Site infringes your rights, please email support@artnimi.com with details, and we will review it promptly and remove it where appropriate.
3. Orders and Pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it. We may cancel an order in cases such as a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or products being unavailable. If we cancel an order that has been paid, we will issue a full refund. You may cancel your own order for a full refund at any time before it ships, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
4. Payment
Payment is due when you place your order and is processed securely by our third-party payment providers. You agree that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
5. Custom Orders
If you ask us to print an image you provide, you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break any law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from images you supply. We do not print images that you do not own or have permission to use, such as third-party logos or copyrighted artwork, and we may refuse any custom order at our discretion. Because custom items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned for a change of mind; if a custom item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, it is covered by our Refund & Return Policy.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Asia. Processing and delivery times are estimates and are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
7. Returns, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
- If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email support@artnimi.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem, and we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You do not need to return the item unless we ask you to.
- Unused items in their original condition (except custom items) can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site’s design, text, photos and our original artwork are owned by or licensed to ArtNimi. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission. Buying a print gives you the physical item for personal use; it does not give you any right to reproduce the artwork.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, email support@artnimi.com with details, and we will review it promptly and remove it where appropriate.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or using automated tools to scrape its content.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, ArtNimi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
11. Privacy
Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
